Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. However, in order to best serve all of our clients and ensure the smooth operation of Fit Bella MedSpa, we have a cancellation policy in place for our service bookings. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill your appointment slot with another client who may be on our waiting list or looking for a last-minute opening. If you fail to provide us with at least 24 hours' notice of your cancellation or do not show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged to your account. This fee must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment. We do understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur, and
