REFUND POLICIES

Effective Date: 2/1/2025

1. General Policy

  • All Sales Final: All sales of services, products, memberships, and payment plans are final. No refunds will be issued for any purchase, including but not limited to memberships, services, or payment plans.

  • No Roll-Over or Refunds for Membership Services: Membership services that are unclaimed cannot be rolled over or refunded. If you do not claim your membership service, it is considered forfeited.

2. Memberships

  • Payment Requirement: A valid credit/debit card must be placed on file when admitted as a patient or client of Fit Bella Sculptory.

  • Membership Cancellation: If your membership payment is not received by the due date, your membership will be canceled. You will incur a fee of $50 (or more, depending on the cost of due services) before you are eligible to book another appointment.

  • Missed or Failed Payments:

    • Missed payments without prior notice are subject to additional fees.

    • If you fail to provide updated card information when requested, you will be subject to a fee.

  • No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for memberships, even if services are not claimed. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. Service Plans and Payment Plans

  • Adjustments Only: Service plans may be adjusted to better suit your needs; however, adjustments do not entitle you to a refund.

  • No Refunds on Payment Plans: Payment plans for services or memberships are final, and no refunds will be issued once a payment plan is established.

4. Cherry Payments

  • Non-Refundable: All cherry payments made for services or products are final and non-refundable.

5. Additional Fees

  • Late Payment Fees: Missed payments or failure to provide updated payment information may result in additional fees, which will be applied to your account.

  • Reactivation Fee: If your membership is canceled due to non-payment, you will be required to pay any outstanding fees before you can book a new appointment or reactivate your membership.

6. Payment Method

  • Card on File: For the convenience of our patients and clients, a credit/debit card must be kept on file at all times. This card will be charged automatically for recurring payments or any due fees as outlined in this policy.

  • Updating Payment Information: It is your responsibility to ensure that the card information on file is accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may result in service cancellation and additional fees.

7. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By utilizing our services or purchasing any products, memberships, or payment plans, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Payment Policy.
